Public comment closes on the renewal of a federally enforceable state operating permit for FN Chairs LLC, 2175 W 450 S, LaGrange (FESOP Renewal No. F087-50599-00683).

IDEM's notice says it has received an application from FN Chairs LLC, at 2175 W 450 S, LaGrange, to renew the federally enforceable state operating permit issued to it on May 5, 2022. If approved, the renewal would let the company continue to operate. The notice says the draft permit contains no new equipment that would emit air pollutants, and that some conditions from earlier permits have been corrected, changed or removed, which the notice says may include Title I changes (e.g., changes that add or modify synthetic minor emission limits).

The notice asks that anyone commenting by e-mail include a full U.S. mailing address, refer to permit number F087-50599-00683 in all correspondence, and says:

In order to notify you of our final decision regarding this permitting action, your U.S. mailing address must be submitted with all comments.
