IDEM's notice says it has received an application from River Woodworking, LLC, at 1755 W 700 South, Wolcottville, for a new source review and a minor source operating permit. It says the company intends to build and operate new equipment that will emit air pollutants, and that IDEM has prepared preliminary findings: a draft permit and supporting documents. If approved, the permit would let the company make the changes and continue to operate.

The notice asks that anyone commenting by e-mail include a full U.S. mailing address, refer to permit number M087-50635-00074 in all correspondence, and says:

In order to notify you of our final decision regarding this permitting action, your U.S. mailing address must be submitted with all comments.
